Exterior Hardware: The exterior hardware section helps you determine the useful additions that make your trailer function to your expectations
Hay/Roof Racks: There are many options when looking at this area. We can also do many custom options to these units. The roof mounted racks have been popular because it does give that extra storage room for hay or equipment especially when a long trip is ahead of you.
Hay Rack- These racks can vary in a wide variety of lengths and we usually recommend doing the ones with the sheeted sides and front so it gives a cleaner look to the trailer. There are also many options such as floors and tie rings in the racks.
Hay Pod- If you want an enclosed area to store hay or equipment the hay pod might be your answer. The pods like the racks come in several different sizes and are custom built to fit your needs. They can come with a platform behind them or not.
Mega Pod- The mega pod is a great option if you want an enclosed storage area with a cleaner look than just the standard hay pod. It comes with the platform made into it and can easily house a generator box behind the pod. This same structure can also be made to be open and allow you to store equipment or hay there without having the enclosed pod area.
Integrated Pod- This is the top end of the roof mounted storage systems. It actually becomes part of the trailer and is built into the roof allowing for more storage and gives what we feel is the best look of all the options. This option can come with a completely opened area up top and we have even put winches on top of trailer to pull cattle chutes into the area.
Ladders- One big obstacle to overcome when adding a rack to the roof is the way to get up there. We recommend using the EZ-Angle ladder option that allows you to access the roof with ease when compared to the standard fixed mounted ladder.

Tail lights- The red lens tail lights are standard on all Cimarron trailers. You can however, add more than one set to the trailer and some of the models come standard with 2 sets.
Reverse Lights- Reverse lights are not a standard option but can be added to the trailers at customer's desires.
Double Tail Lights
Load Lights: Everyone generally wants load lights over the openings in the trailers. Many times people want them down the side of the trailer so it will give them light at night when animals are tied to the trailer.
Flood Lights- LED flood lights are the brightest of the options below. The ones we use are incased in aluminum with 9 LED bulbs in them. They provide a strong light source while looking good on the trailers.
Awning Lights- This to us is the best option when looking at exterior lighting. They provide a good light source while giving a very low profile on the trailer. We think these lights perform well for our customers because they provide a significant amount of light but are not to overpowering. Because they have such a seamless fit to the trailers customers have been less likely to break them than the flood lights above.
